1. Introduction
Welcome to GrowthPath Coaching. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or using any services provided by GrowthPath Coaching, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client") and GrowthPath Coaching (the "Coach"), located in the United Kingdom. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services Description
GrowthPath Coaching provides personal development coaching services, which may include but are not limited to career coaching, personal growth coaching, relationship coaching, and wellbeing coaching. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in your individual coaching agreement.
Our coaching services are intended to help you identify and achieve personal and professional goals. The Coach does not provide therapy, counseling, or medical advice. Coaching is not a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual, or other qualified professionals.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being during the coaching relationship, including your choices and decisions.
- You understand that coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed.
- You will communicate honestly, be open to feedback, and create the time and energy to participate fully in the coaching program.
- If you are currently in therapy or under the care of a mental health professional, you have consulted with this person regarding the advisability of working with a coach and this person is aware of your decision to proceed with coaching.
- You will disclose any medical or health condition that might affect your participation in coaching.
4. Sessions and Scheduling
Coaching sessions will be conducted in person at our London office or via secure video conferencing platforms as agreed upon in your coaching agreement. The frequency and duration of sessions will be specified in your agreement.
Sessions must be scheduled in advance. You agree to arrive on time for all scheduled sessions. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) or missed sessions will be charged at the full session rate.
The Coach reserves the right to reschedule sessions when necessary, with reasonable notice provided to the Client.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for coaching services is due in advance of services being rendered, unless otherwise specified in your coaching agreement. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and PayPal.
For package programs, payment may be made in full at the start of the program or in installments as agreed upon in your coaching agreement. Installment plans do not reduce the total commitment for the full program.
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable VAT. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
6. Refund Policy
For individual coaching sessions, no refunds will be provided for sessions that have already taken place. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will be eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.
For coaching packages:
- If you cancel within 7 days of purchase and before any sessions have taken place, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee.
- If you cancel after 7 days of purchase or after sessions have begun, you will be charged for all sessions that have occurred plus 25% of the remaining package value.
The Coach reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship at any time. In such cases, a prorated refund will be provided for any prepaid services not delivered.
7. Confidentiality
The Coach agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all communications with the Client. However, you understand that certain topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other coaching professionals for training, supervision, mentoring, evaluation, and further coach professional development.
Confidentiality exceptions include situations where disclosure is required by law, there is imminent risk of harm to you or others, or you disclose abuse of children or vulnerable adults.

8. Intellectual Property
All materials, resources, and content provided during coaching sessions or through our website are the intellectual property of GrowthPath Coaching and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may use these materials for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, or otherwise use these materials for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from GrowthPath Coaching.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Coach makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied, regarding the outcome of coaching services. Coaching results are dependent on various factors, including the Client's commitment, circumstances, and actions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GrowthPath Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific coaching services giving rise to the claim.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the coaching relationship shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to mediation before resorting to arbitration, litigation, or other dispute resolution procedure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
11. Modifications to Terms
GrowthPath Coaching reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
